Right At Home

Set on one hundred acres of rolling country hillside, the Ridgefield community is surrounded by woodlands. A Ridgefield address. Some homebuyers know it on their first drive around Ridgefield Circle. Their homework confirms their intuition: a well-managed property with accessibility, quality construction, and peaceful surroundings.

Whether you’re starting out, moving up, an “empty nester,” or looking for the right home, Ridgefield’s planners knew that each person’s dream is tailored to personal needs. That’s why Ridgefield offers 24 different designs to inspire your imagination. And inclusion features are as varied as the floor plans.

Ridgefield’s spacious two and three-bedroom condominiums offer the convenience of a single-level ranch style, or the choice of a two, three, or four-level townhome. Picture the possibilities, with floor plans from 1,050 square feet to almost 2,800 square feet. Each home offers breathtaking views of the New England countryside.

Imagine this wide range of style and price in a thoughtfully-planned community with just two to five homes per building. What’s missing? The cramped environment associated with condominium living elsewhere. Starting to get the feeling you’re in the right place?

Real Value

Value starts with “curb appeal” but goes to the heart of this well planned community. Ridgefield visitors are first impressed with the impeccable condition of its buildings and grounds, from the bursts of flowering color in summer to the sparkling holiday lights in winter.

Gracious open areas, cul-de-sacs, and a variety of building settings and peaceful views create a warm neighborhood ambience. Whether you want to plant a garden, enclose your backyard, or add a room – the choice is yours. Ridgefield offers the kind of freedom not often found in condominium living.

When it’s time for more space, Ridgefield residents don’t want to leave and don’t have to. The wide variety of styles available has allowed many Ridgefield homeowners to upgrade within the community. And remember when you do sell, chances are your specific design won’t be competing with many like it – as in communities with just two of three styles to choose from. Ridgefield’s onsite, regularly staffed sales office is another benefit.

Ridgefield’s homeowners are the decision makers of the condominium association, which has historically maintained a healthy reserve fund for unexpected expenses – a major consideration for condominium buyers.

Are you ready for a carefree lifestyle? Ridgefield’s condominium living is supported by its own on-site management office, maintenance staff, landscapers, and arborists. Compare this to condominium management elsewhere.

Many homebuyers choose condominium living for the camaraderie. Ridgefield is home to people of many ages, backgrounds, and professions who enjoy this community’s special events – from cookouts at poolside to tennis and volleyball tournaments, Ladies Night, and the popular annual tag sale. The Ridgefield social calendar is always full. Meet your neighbors out walking or jogging along landscaped walkways that are brightly lit through the evening.

Choose Ridgefield and you get more than a home – you gain a feeling of community and Ridgefield’s unique lifestyle.

Rural Roots Ridgefield basks in the serenity of a country town, with quick access to all major community routes. Its site on the lovely Bolton/Lancaster town line is just five miles from Interstate 495, and just ten minutes from Routes 2 and 190. The town of Clinton is only 20 minutes from Worcester, Framingham, Marlborough, and the Mass Pike.

Incorporated in 1850, Clinton is a rich example of hometown America – with its farm markets, country fairs, and affordable living. Graced by beautiful Victorian architecture and charming brick mill buildings, the town holds such treasures as the earliest editions of the “Old Farmer’s Almanac” – found at the Clinton Historical Society.

Clinton is famous for the breathtaking Wachusett Reservoir, which serves over40 cities and towns in the Commonwealth. Under a canopy of 100 year old trees, residents walk or jog here. When winter comes, local skaters create a scene Norman Rockwell might have painted.

Rambling Site

Fieldstone walls and flowers mark the entrance to Ridgefield, a townhouse community of 360 homes on a 100-acre, hillside site. Residents enjoy the site’s beautiful walkways and recreational areas – including a 30’ by 55’ pool with separate “kiddy” pool, two tennis courts, basketball court, and volleyball area. There is a clubhouse with exercise room, function hall, and full kitchen.
